Photos of my body parts where the tattoo will be placed (to plan design, placement, and sizing).
My contact information (such as name, email, and phone number) for communication regarding the tattoo project.
I consent that this information and these images may be used solely for the following purposes:
Tattoo design and preparation.
Internal reference during tattoo sessions.
Communication with me regarding design details or appointments.
I understand that my materials will not be shared publicly (social media, portfolio, website, etc.) without my separate, written consent.
All data and images will be stored securely by the artist.
Only the tattoo artist (and authorized studio staff, if applicable) will have access.
Data will not be shared with third parties without my explicit permission.
